Who we are

Agrivera Food Group is a grower-direct producer and distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables, operating in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@agrivera.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us. That means the contents of the quote request form, the careers application form, and the price list signup — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message fields.

This is a business-to-business website. We are not seeking personal information beyond what is needed to respond to a commercial enquiry or an application for employment.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, quote and service your account, or consider your application. If you ask for the price list, we use your address to send it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf or where the law requires disclosure.

Text messages (SMS)

Our contact form has two separate, optional boxes for text messages: one for transactional and informational messages — such as order confirmations, delivery and shipment updates, and account and service notifications — and one for marketing messages — such as product availability, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications. Neither is ticked in advance, either can be ticked without the other, and giving us a phone number does not sign you up for either. If you tick a box, we collect your mobile phone number together with a record of that consent: which kind of messages you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, the page you agreed on, your IP address, and the wording you agreed to. We use them only to send the kind of text messages you asked for, and to show that you asked for them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Every category of sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To deliver the messages you asked for, we pass your mobile number to the text-messaging platform and the mobile carriers that deliver them, and only as far as is necessary to deliver them. They may not use it for any other purpose.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. The full terms are in the text messages section of our Terms of Use.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and account records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for as long afterwards as our record-keeping obligations require. Job applications are kept on file so we can go back to them when a role opens.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@agrivera.com. You can unsubscribe from the price list at any time.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as PIPEDA in Canada or state privacy legislation in the United States. We honour those rights where they apply.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images are served from a content delivery network, both of which necessarily receive your IP address in order to deliver the file.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
