From field to shipment, every step is built around strict protocols, real-time traceability, and continuous improvement.
Growing and packing operations are audited against Good Agricultural Practices. Product moving into the United States is handled under FSMA and our Foreign Supplier Verification Program, and product entering Canada meets the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations. Cases carry GS1-standard identification and PTI labelling, so a pallet on your dock can be traced back to where and when it was packed.

Food safety starts with people
Every employee, from field crews to packing line teams, receives regular training on food safety procedures, personal hygiene, and contamination prevention.
Protocols only hold if the people running them understand why they exist. Training is recurring rather than one-time, and it covers the crews in the field as thoroughly as the teams on the line.
