This website is provided for information about Agrivera Food Group and our products. You may use it for that purpose. You may not use it in any way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or breaks the law.
Product information
Product listings on this site describe the categories and varieties we supply. They are not an offer to sell, and they are not a specification. Pack sizes, counts, grades, availability, and pricing are confirmed in writing when we quote your program.
Availability depends on the season and on growing conditions, and can change without notice.
Sales terms
Sales are governed by the terms agreed between us and the customer, including any terms on our quotations, order confirmations, and invoices. Nothing on this website varies those terms.
Where the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act applies, statutory trust and other rights under that Act apply to the transaction regardless of anything on this site.
Intellectual property
The Agrivera® and Sonora Gardens® names and marks, and the content of this website, belong to Agrivera Food Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services, including our partner portal. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Agrivera Food Group's principal place of business, without regard to their conflict-of-law provisions.
Text messages (SMS)
Agrivera Food Group offers two separate kinds of text message, each with its own optional consent — for example, the two text-message boxes on our contact form: transactional and informational messages about your orders, deliveries and shipments, and account and service updates; and recurring marketing messages about product availability, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications. Agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming it and then nothing further. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@agrivera.com or +1 (855) 848 6824.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
