Terms for text messages sent by Agrivera Food Group.

What you are signing up for
Agrivera Food Group sends two kinds of text message, and each has its own separate, optional consent — for example, the two text-message boxes on our contact form. Transactional and informational messages cover your orders, deliveries and shipments, and account and service updates, and are not promotional. Marketing messages cover product availability, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other. Message frequency varies.
Consent
Consent to receive either kind of text message is not a condition of purchase. Neither box is ticked in advance, and giving us a mobile number does not sign you up for either. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. We will send one confirmation message and then nothing further.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. What you pay depends on your mobile plan and your carrier, not on us.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your handset.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data collected for text messaging are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
